WAYZATA (March 20, 2006) – Steiner Construction Services, LLC announces the beginning of construction of four (4) campuses for the Regency Beauty Institute of Minneapolis, M N. The campuses will be located in St. Louis (2), Kansas City and Indianapolis. Each campus will be approximately 7,200 sf. They will be completed in M ay and June 2006.

Steiner Construction also announces the completion of construction of a 15,000 sf studio for Blue Rhino Studio in Eagan, M N. Blue Rhino Studio specializes in custom sculptural and painted elements for the museum , retail, and tradeshow industries.

Steiner Construction has also completed the construction of a 35¬unit condominium project at 3310 Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis. The project was built for 3310 Nicollet, LLC in cooperation with the City of Minneapolis.
