WAYZATA (June 10, 2005 ) – Steiner Construction Services, LLC, a Wayzata based general contractor, has begun construction of a condominium project in the Lyndale neighborhood of South Minneapolis for 3310 Nicollet, LLC. The 35 unit project will be a 4 story building with underground parking. Occupancy will be February 2006.

Steiner Construction Services has also begun construction of a 3000 square foot branch bank for US Bank in Oakdale, MN. The branch bank will be completed August 2005. In May Steiner Construction Services completed a branch bank for US Bank in Elk River, MN.

Construction has also begun on a retail store in Aurora, Co. for Charlotte Russe Holdings, Inc., a San Diego, CA based retailer. The 7000 square foot store will open in July 2005. Construction has recently been completed on Charlotte Russe retail stores in Bloomington, IN, Toledo, OH and Salt Lake City, UT.
