WAYZATA (MAY 4, 2005) – Steiner Development, Inc., a Wayzata based developer of the Rosemount Crossing retail center in Rosemount, MN has signed leases with Aldi, Starbucks, Fantastic Sam's and Anytime Fitness. The 48,000sf grocery anchored center will open in July 2005. Rosemount Crossing is located on the northwest quadrant of County Road 42 and Minnesota Highway 3.
