WAYZATA (November 22, 2004) – Steiner Development, Inc. is proud to announce the groundbreaking for Rosemount Crossing a new retail center in Rosemount, MN. Construction is underway on the 48,000 square foot grocery anchored retail center located on the northwest quadrant of County Road 42 and Minnesota Highway 3. Occupancy will be in the spring of 2005. The center will be anchored by ALDI, Inc. and Starbuck's Coffee. In addition to the retail center, Rosemount Crossing will also include a full service restaurant.

Steiner Development, Inc. acted as the developer and Steiner Construction Services, LLC is the general contractor.
