The Vengra Design Building is the twelfth building in the 90 acre Arboretum Business Park in Chanhassen. The 20,000 S.F. building is sited on the terraced sites which were created out of the rolling Chanhassen landscape which has a vertical drop of over 100 feet across the Business Park. The building is a single user light industrial building surrounded by heavy landscaped sloped transitioned hills between property lines. The building incorporates architectural elements that draw your attention away from the typical industrial image yet maintaining its flexibility for future expansion and or multiple tenant occupancies.
