Rosemount Crossing Shopping Center

Working closely with the community, Steiner Development and Steiner Construction created a retail center that provides new opportunties for the quickly developing community of Rosemount. The center includes over 48,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by the Aldi's grocery store. In order to develop the site, Steiner incorporated a unique, state-of-the-art underground storm water detention and filtration system. In addition to the grocery store, the site includes 2 retail buildings and a free-standing restaraunt.
