Built in the heart of a diverse, emerging portion of the Uptown neghborhood, the 3310 Nicollet Condos blend the sense of new and old with a retro-design brick and stucco exterior facade. Steiner Construction worked in hand with the Lyndale Neighborhood Development Corporation, the developer, and the City of Minneapolis to meet Affirmative Action Plan, Davis-Bacon Act, and the Small and Under-utilized Business Program goals. This 60,000 square foot building incorporates underground parking and 35 units into a compact site.
