For over 30 years, Steiner Development has been developing projects in the Greater Minneapolis area. In the past decade we developed over 700,000 square feet of multi-tenant office warehouse space. For the 90-acre Arboretum Business Park, Chanhassen, Steiner was managing partner for the overall park and building developer for five projects totaling 308,000 square feet.
Steiner has acted as the managing partner in acquisitions totaling over 700,000 square feet in the Twin Cities metro area over the past three years. Acquisitions include multi-building portfolios from Prudential Insurance, Glenburough REIT and AM REIT.
