Smith, Vice President - Leasing
Joe Smith joined Steiner Development as Leasing Associate in 1987. He has been
responsible for approximately 1.9 million square feet of new leases with the total
value of $55,000,000. Over the past six years, Joe has led the Steiner Development
leasing team by filling over 700,000 square feet of new developments in Minnetonka,
Fridley and Chanhassen. Some of Joe's larger transactions have been with
WilsonArt, Int'l., Vialog, Echostar Communications, Rockwell/Datamyte, Cargill,
Gazda Moving, Larson-Juhl, Wilson Learning, Heidelberg Printing, and Advanced
Circuits. Joe is a Past-President of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors
(MNCAR), and is still very active in that organization. Joe is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
