As Property Manager, Patrick effectively interacts with owners, tenants, and vendors
in ensuring Steiner Development properties are well-maintained and that each tenant
is actively supported. Patrick is responsible for a portfolio of retail, office,
and industrial properties totalling over 650,000 square feet throughout the metro.
Patrick has over 12 years of experience managing both residential and commercial
properties. Patrick is also a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors
(MNCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
