Julie
LaRose, Construction Services Administration
Julie brings nearly 10 years of experience in construction project administration
to Steiner, including bid invitation and solicitation, contract and subcontract
preparation, submittal coordination, project communication, and project start-up
and close-out. Julie works closely with the Steiner Construction Project Managers to provide
support in all aspects of project management and job costs. She has assisted with
such notable projects as Village Plaza, US Banks in Elk River, Rochester, and
Oakdale, 3310 Nicollet Condominiums, Mound Mini-Storage, and several Charlotte
Russe women's clothing stores across the country. Prior to developing a career
in construction management, Julie worked in various management capacities for
Lafayette Club, Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Bob Hope Cultural Center/McCallum
Theatre for the Performing Arts. She is married and the mother of two sons.
