David Kordonowy

President/CEO Steiner Development, Inc.
Steiner Development is the managing partner for a 1.5 million sf portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings in the Twin Cities. The properties consist of 27 buildings housing approximately 135 businesses.

CEO, Steiner Construction Services, Inc.
Steiner Construction Services provides general contractor services for clients throughout the U.S. as well as Steiner Development’s own Twin Cities’ portfolio.

David started with Steiner Development, Inc. in 1981 in both sales and property management. He became Director of Sales and Marketing in 1985, responsible for lease-up of all new projects, and tenant retention in the company's portfolio. He became partner in 1989 and President/CEO of Steiner Development in 1999.

Mr. Kordonowy has been responsible for acquiring over 2.1 million square feet of investment properties, in addition to developing over 1 million square feet of industrial and retail projects.

David and his partners started Steiner Construction Services, Inc. in 2003.
