David
Kordonowy, President/CEO
David Kordonowy started with the company in 1981 in both sales and property management.
He became Director of Sales and Marketing in 1985, responsible for lease-up
of all new projects, and lease renewal/expansion negotiations with tenants in
the company's existing portfolio. He became a partner in 1989, and has been
directly involved with acquiring over 2.1 million square feet of investment
properties, in addition to developing over 925,000 square feet of industrial
projects. In 1991 David became the COO, responsible for the day-to-day
management of marketing, leasing, property management, and general contracting
services. Mr. Kordonowy became President of Steiner Development in 1999, and started Steiner Construction as CEO in 2003. David is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Minnesota Shopping Centers Association (MSCA), the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Rotary Club of Lake Minnetonka/Excelsior. In addition he sits on the Board of Directors for both the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties - Minnesota Chapter and the Rotary Club of Lake Minnetonka/Excelsior.
