Steve joined Steiner Development in July 1998 after twenty-one years of helping
run several of his family's businesses. During Steve's tenure at Steiner
Development he has facilitated over 230 lease transactions and managed the operations
of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property which houses an average of
over 95 tenants. Steve's "think outside the box" and problem solving
approach combined with his operational and entrepreneurial experience continues
to benefit both tenants and landlords in both achieving their goals and finding
effective solutions to challenges. Steve is a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors
(MNCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
