Wendy
Christenson, Adminstration
Wendy has been employed at Steiner Development since 1982. At that time, her
responsibilities included Property Management functions, A/P, A/R, Payroll,
Job Cost. She played a key role in the implementation of the company's accounting
system and procedures and continues to have significant input in those areas.
As the company grew and the need for additional administrative staff was required,
she chose to focus on the Property Management area. In this capacity, she is
responsible for tenant accounting. Beyond these direct responsibilities, she
is also involved in other accounting and financial aspects such as budgets and
bank reconciliations. She also designs and maintains many of the reports used
by all in the office. Her many varied roles at Steiner keeps her job rewarding
and interesting.
