Baum, President - Steiner Construction Services
Phillip Baum started with the company as president of Steiner Construction Services in early 2003 and became partner in Steiner Development and Steiner Construction in January 2006. Mr. Baum has over thirty three years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He has extensive experience in pre-construction and construction of multi-family housing, retail, office, industrial, municipal, hospitality, and religious facilities. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association, the Minnesota Construction Association, the National Association of Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA). He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Construction Management Program and Education Committee at Minnesota State, Mankato, MN.
